Cruz, Camille Angela S.

Camille Angela S. Cruz is an associate whose practice focuses on corporate law, banking, commercial disputes, and securities.

She advises both domestic and foreign clients on anti-money laundering compliance, nationality restrictions, incorporation, licensing, antitrust and competition, business closures, and general corporate matters, among others. Her work includes reviewing and drafting transaction and legal documents, liaising and coordinating with regulatory agencies, and participating in due diligence exercises.

Camille received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, cum laude, from the University of the Philippines in 2015. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the same university in 2021. In law school, she competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, where she was a National Champion and Best Oralist of the preliminary rounds. She was admitted to the bar in 2022 and joined the firm in the same year. She ranked among the top 14 examinees in the 2022 Philippine bar examinations, the largest bar examination in Philippine history.
