Daniel V. Mendoza is a partner whose practice currently focuses on taxation, intellectual property, labor, general corporate, and banking and finance.
Dane advises domestic and foreign clients on matters involving taxation, intellectual property rights, labor and employment, corporation laws and regulations, and mergers and acquisitions. He prepares and reviews contracts, pleadings, applications, protests, and other legal documents. He represents clients before government agencies such as the Bureau of Internal Revenue, Intellectual Property Office, and Securities and Exchange Commission.
Dane received his bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2008 and his bachelor of laws degree from the same university in 2012 where he graduated with second honors. He was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2013 and joined the firm in the same year.
