Nazareno, Jomini C.

Jomini C. Nazareno is a partner who is working with the Litigation & Arbitration, and Labor & Immigration departments. His practice focuses on arbitration, litigation, and labor.

Jom deals with various aspects of litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and commercial projects. He handles civil, criminal, labor, corporate, and tax cases before all levels of the judiciary, including the Court of Tax Appeals, Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court. He likewise appears before administrative and quasi-judicial bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission, Food and Drugs Administration, and National Labor Relations Commission.

Jom also participates in a broad range of special projects including oil, gas, and mineral exploration, power generation, mining, and telecommunications.

Jom has been involved in domestic and international arbitrations, both institutional and ad hoc. In particular, he has handled disputes under the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce, Philippine Dispute Resolution Center Inc., and Construction Industry Arbitration Commission.

Jom received his bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2000. He thereafter received his juris doctor degree, second honors, from the same university in 2005. He was admitted to the Philippine bar in 2006, where he placed 2^nd, and joined the firm also in 2006.
